New Biennial Meeting Dates!

As previously announced, the 2020 Biennial Meeting was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The new meeting dates are August 31-September 4, 2020 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Denver, CO.

Anyone who has already submitted a registration form and payment for the 2020 Biennial Meeting and/or Workshop will be automatically registered for the re-scheduled event. Those unable to attend the re-scheduled meeting can request a refund; however, refunds will only be issued upon request. The deadline for requesting a refund for a registration or re-registration for the rescheduled meeting is August 21, 2020.

Companies or agencies may transfer a paid (or complimentary) registration from one employee to another by notifying the Conference in writing.

CFP membership for the 2020-2022 biennium is effective as soon as an attendee has paid the registration fee for the 2020 Biennial Meeting. To ensure effective communication with all current members, 2018-2020 CFP memberships will remain "active" until the re-scheduled Biennial Meeting.

New Registration Deadlines:

  • The registration process for the rescheduled meeting will be re-opened by April 30, 2020.
  • The new deadline to receive an "early registration" discount for the rescheduled meeting is August 1, 2020.
  • The deadline for requesting a refund for a registration or re-registration for the rescheduled meeting is August 21, 2020.
