Antitrust Policy
The Antitrust Statement is to inform the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) Executive Board members and the general membership of CFP that whenever competitors within an industry gather together, appropriate care must be taken to ensure that violations of antitrust laws do not take place.
Audit Policy
This policy has been developed by the Executive Board to ensure that the financial records of the Conference for Food Protection are maintained in good order.
Commercialism Policy
This policy has been developed by the Executive Board to establish guidelines for the use of commercial names, logos, or other information in Issues submitted to the Conference.
Crumbine Award Policy
The Crumbine Award is a prestigious national award given annually to local environmental health jurisdictions who demonstrate excellence and continual improvement in a comprehensive food protection program. The purpose of the award is to encourage improvement and stimulate public interest in foodservice sanitation.
Late Issue Submission Policy
This policy has been developed by the Executive Board to establish guidelines when evaluating the acceptance or rejection of an Issue and/or supplementary material that has been submitted after the deadline established in the Constitution and Bylaws.
Open Meeting Policy
This policy has been developed by the Executive Board to encourage attendance at Conference for Food Protection Executive Board Meetings.
Record Retention Policy
The purpose of the Records Retention Policy is to ensure the cost effective and coordinated management of CFP records.
Travel Subsidy Policy
This policy has been developed by the Executive Board to encourage attendance at Conference for Food Protection Executive Board Meetings by providing financial assistance when funding resources for Board members are inadequate or unavailable. It is understood that Conference funds are limited. Every effort should be made to fund travel utilizing employer resources.
