The Interagency Food Safety Analytics Collaboration (IFSAC) has posted a webcast recording and related materials from its public meeting on Feb. 24, 2015, where it discussed its improved method for attributing foodborne illnesses. The recording and materials are available at:

The Interagency Food Safety Analytics Collaboration (IFSAC) Public Meeting 2015

IFSAC is a partnership of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service. The meeting provided an overview of an improved method for analyzing outbreak data to determine which foods are responsible for illnesses related to four major foodborne bacteria: Salmonella, Escherichia coli O157, Listeria monocytogenes, and Campylobacter.
