2025 Council Application Process Open
Applications are currently being accepted for Council membership at the 2025 Biennial meeting to be held March 24-28, 2025 in Denver, Colorado.

FDA major reorganization involves the creation of a unified Human Foods Program (HFP)
The FDA has approved a major reorganization involving the creation of a unified Human Foods Program (HFP). The agency believes creating the HFP will enhance its ability to oversee and protect the human food supply and other products the FDA regulates. The reorganization will be accompanied by the adoption of a new model for its field operations and other significant modernization efforts. The target date for implementing the reorganization is October 1, 2024.
