Executive Director of Food Safety

This position calls for the candidate to evaluate, revise and develop university protocols for food safety. To maintain and edit Johnson & Wales's "Food Safety and Sanitation Manual", and collaborate with other departments to assess and minimize the risks involved with sanitation concerns. Conduct spot inspections of labs and dining facilities. Prepare and monitor department budget. Candidate must have a Master's degree or higher in a closely related field.
