The 2025 Pre-Biennial Meeting Workshop will be held in a virtual format on Friday, February 21, February 28, and March 7, 2025 from noon to 2 PM Eastern Time each day.

"Preparation for Deliberation: The Science Behind the Issues"

During every Biennial Meeting, issues are submitted to the Conference that are based on new technology, food safety advances, or emerging food science. The educational Workshop will be held with the goal of preparing participants for the Council deliberations. The educational Workshop will focus on three food safety topics selected from the Issues submitted for the 2025 Biennial Meeting. Each day, there will be a different topic discussed, with time for Q&A with subject matter experts. One topic that will be discussed is the TCS food definition. Additional information regarding specific topics and speakers will be available in January 2025 after the Issue submission period closes for the 2025 Biennial Meeting.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available from the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA); registrants will be provided with information once it is available.
