Crosswalk Requirements for Foodborne Illness Training Programs - Standard 5 (2021)

This Crosswalk was initially created by the Interdisciplinary Foodborne Illness Training Committee (IFITC) and approved at the 2016 CFP biennial meeting. The duties of the IFITC were transferred to the Program Standards Committee in 2016. This is the third update of the Crosswalk with additional foodborne illness training resources added to the document.
