The FDA has released the 2022 Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards based on recommendations from the CFP 2020 Biennial Meeting (held in August 2021).
The Retail Food Safety Regulatory Association Collaborative has added a resource library to its website.
CFP members are invited to participate in NEHA's Retail Food Safety Regulatory Needs Assessment designed to determine strengths of the retail food safety community and to assess gaps knowledge gaps in training materials and improve workforce capabilities.
Applications are currently being accepted for Council membership at the 2023 Biennial Meeting to be held April 24-28, 2023, in Houston, Texas.
The deadline to apply has been extended until 11:30 p.m. EDT on Friday, August 5, 2022.
